Summer Solstice Sangrias

What do the #ExpertsinHappyHour get up to on the longest day of the year? We’re drinking these refreshing rosé + tequila sangrias until the sun goes down! The recipe, inspired by Half-Baked Harvest, is quick, easy, and uses ingredients you may already have on hand!

Ingredients:

6 ounces silver tequila

750ml bottle of rosé

½ cup lime juice

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

1 cup fresh peaches, sliced

Sprite Zero (or your choice of clear soda/sparkling water)

2-3 limes, sliced

 

Directions:

  • In a glass pitcher, mix the blueberries and strawberries with the lemon juice.

  • Add the tequila and rosé, and gently stir in the peaches.

  • Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

  • Pour over ice and top off with Sprite Zero.

  • Garnish with lime and enjoy.
